Week in Review: 2nd Jun - 8th Jun
- Worked Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Pretty much finished off all the features required for the project we’ve been sprinting on for the last few weeks. Also submitted a critical bug for review.
- Genuinley releived to have a few days off work. I was starting to feel a bit burnt out as a result of the overtime. It’s great getting time and a half but it really does take its toll.
- On Thursday we did a short walk locally to some old ruins. Milo loves spending time in nature.
- On Friday I helped Mark build a wall. Surprisinlgy quite simeple to do, 4 bags of sand, 1 cement and 1 bag of chalk. Layer it up and put breezeblocks on top.
- On Saturday I let Tash have a like in whilst I looked after Milo. It was nice to spend some quality time with him. He fell asleep whislt I started reading the first book in the CHERUB series, a series I loved as a kid. We watched the Roland Garros womens’s final and installed a new storage unit for Tash’s parents. They were over the moon to clearn some clutter.
- On Sunday we had a chilled day. I watched the mens final at Roland Garros, which was a great match. And I picked up the blog again after more than two moths of not writing anything.
